Founder

James Moreton formed the practice. Prior to this he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in 1987. Whilst there he was asked to undertake a number of interesting assignments including investigations, flotations and pre-acquisition due diligence. The following year he left to join a Gloucester based construction company with whom he still acts as a director.

In 1998 he became a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Other Staff

The practice employs a number of qualified Chartered Accountants and Book-keeping staff who support James on client assignments.
