Our service is best described as a sixfold approach:

Firstly, we undertake a thorough review of your business to gain a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.

Secondly, we advise you on the systems that you need to control to best manage your business. These not only include basic financial controls but can include complex systems that allow you to see exactly where you and making or losing money. We can help implement these systems.

Thirdly, we address any issues that you have in respect of your cashflows. This may include tackling outstanding debts or old stocks. We can meet with your bank and provide them with the  assurances they need to increase or maintain any borrowing facility that you may have with them.

Fourthly, once the business is stabilised we suggest ways that enable you to exploit the more profitable aspects of your business.

These four stages form what is commonly known as a “Turnaround”. It can be applied to a business of any size and to date we have always succeeded in creating a successful business that meets the aspirations of its owners.

In many cases such is the rapport and respect of the owners of a business we have then been retained to chair monthly Board meetings at which the progress of the business is monitored in a very structured way.
